Coaching Prospectus (CSE) – 2023

 

Applications are invited by the Community Welfare Group, New Delhi(Under the aegis of Ahl-e-Bait Trust, Mumbai) for coaching of Civil Services Examination- 2023 for students(both boys and girls) belonging to Muslim community.

Admission Process

Prospective candidates will have to appear in an Online Written Test followed by Group Discussion/Personal Interview.

National Level Test would comprise of two papers as per the following: –

PAPER-I: GENERAL STUDIES

 

There will be 100 objective types multiple choice questions from the following areas:

History, Geography, Indian Economy and Polity, Constitution of India, Art and Culture, Science and Technology, Current Affairs – National and International importance, Logical Reasoning and Analytical ability, General Mental Ability and Quantitative Aptitude.

 

PAPER II: ESSAY

 

Candidates will be required to write an essay on any one of the topics given in the question paper in English/ Hindi/Urdu language.

Note:
There will be penalty for the wrong answer.  Each wrong answer will carry a deduction of one-third of the marks assigned to that question.  If no answer is marked for a question, there will be no penalty.

 

Those who qualify in the written test would be called for Personal Interview which will be held in Delhi or Online depending upon the situation.

 

ELIGIBILITY

The applicant must have completed graduation i.e. BA / B.Sc / B.Com / B.Tech / B.Pharma or equivalent examination from any recognized University / College of the Country.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.    Candidates admitted for 2023batch would be required to attend coaching at a reputed coaching Institute in Delhi.Thus, they will be stationed at Delhi. Their lodging and boarding (accommodation and food allowance) will be provided by the Trust. However,if the physical classes do not take place for some duration due to COVID situation then the students will continue coaching through ‘Online’ mode in that period.

2.   The selected candidate will have to appear in all classes, tests series and other activities conducted by the Coaching Institute. He will mark his daily attendance in the coaching institute. Admission and sponsorship of those students who do not attend the coaching programme seriously as per the conditions of CWG may be cancelled/withdrawn. In such cases the full amount of the coaching fee and other expenses incurred will have to be refunded by the defaulting student to the Trust.

3.    Leave of absence for a short duration may be granted in case of self-illness or other exigency in the family based on written request of the student. The student will ensure that he does not leave the headquarters without proper permission / approval of competent authority in this regard.

4.    Candidates who are doing full/part time course from any institute /organization or are employed anywhere will not be considered for admission.

 

Application Fee: There is no application fee.

FEE:

The selected candidates will not have to pay any fees. However, ten (10%) percent of the coaching fee will be borne by the student as stakeholder amount and shall be deposited by him with the Trust. This fee component will be refunded to those students who qualify the Prelims Examination subsequently. Further, free lodging and boarding will be provided to the selected students by the Trust close to the Coaching Institute in Delhi. However, ten percent (10%) of this cost will be borne by the students.

The condition of ten percent (10%) contribution may be waived of in case of financially weak candidates.
